First Thoughts
I bought this game yesterday (The day it came out on ps3) and it was an amazing games i downloaded the demo and my brother and i had alot of fun on coop, and since it was so fun i bought the full game.
Story
Well you are this guy(sorry forgot his name) and you are going to rescue a guy called Super Joe. you face these enemies that are bascially nazis. You travel from base to base taking out taking them out to get to Super Joe. This game is also really funny if you accutally read the text that they are saying. You are apart of fsa which is a older society of the usa.
Gameplay
The game is based on you using a bionic arm to swing from place to place which you will be using alot since there is no jump buttom, but dont let that get you down once get use to the bionic arm it will be fun. When you kill someone the ragdoll physics kick in and you can get ragdoll physics in a side scroller game thats pretty cool. When you get to your base camps you can do challenges which you can compete to get to the top of the leadersboards which can get pretty hard.
You dont have to go threw this game only you can have a buddy to help you which can come in handy since this game is a really hard game and trust me you will get pretty frustated when your swinging threw obstacles and you mess up and fall on spikes. The AI is harder on this game than is is on most other games ive played and ive only played it on medium so far so i would hate to play it on Super hard lol.
Graphics
Dont get me started about the graphics they are just amazing the rockets when you shoot the rocketlauncher are amazing this is one of the best looking games you can buy on the Playstation Store. Ill just leave it that, and to see for yourself look at the trailer at the top of the page.
Multiplayer Modes
Besides 2 player co-op (no online co-op just sry) there is game modes so 4 of your friends can come to your house (and again no online for this either sry) and play 3 differnt game types. Deathmatch, Last man Standing, and Dont touch the floor.
On Deatchmatch you can set a kill limit and the first person to reach that kill limit loses if you fall out of the screen you lose a point and if you kill your self you lose a point.
On Last Man Standing you can set how many lifes you have and once you die and lose all your lives you out and they game goes on tell one person is left.
On Dont touch the floor you have infinite health, but you can shoot you opponent to scoot them back to through them off the floor. Its like super smash bro's if you have ever played that.
Conclusion
This game is a steel for $10 and one of the best on the Playstation Store and
Xbox Live Market Place.
